{"id":8425,"date":"2011-09-28T20:34:45","date_gmt":"2011-09-28T18:34:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ies.solutions\/progetti\/eu-project-ambiente\/mos-base\/?langswitch_lang=it"},"modified":"2019-01-09T12:17:14","modified_gmt":"2019-01-09T11:17:14","slug":"projects-mos-base","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ies.solutions\/en\/projects\/eu-project-environment\/projects-mos-base\/","title":{"rendered":"MOS-base"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a title=\"MOS-Base\" href=\"https:\/\/ies.solutions\/progetti\/eu-project-ambiente\/mos-base\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-7725\" title=\"MOS-Base\" src=\"https:\/\/ies.solutions\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/mosbase_thumb1.png\" alt=\"MOS-Base\" width=\"200\" height=\"63\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The MOS-base system is designed for <strong>fire risk management<\/strong> and <strong>assessment of fire affected areas<\/strong>.<br \/>\nMOS-base combines forest fires data from different sources and integrates and make them available in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jixel.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jixel<\/a> web-based platform.<br \/>\nIn this way, the MOS-base cartographic system will have both data on the interventions carried out on site, and data from sensors and\/or mobile devices, together with remote sensing data including pre and post-fire information.<br \/>\nThe project uses the CAP protocol and is compliant with the Ministerial Decrees of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vigilfuoco.it\/aspx\/notizia.aspx?codnews=6535\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">17 June 2008<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vigilfuoco.it\/aspx\/Page.aspx?IdPage=4554\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">23 May 2011<\/a>, regarding the transmission of data for the cooperation between emergency services.<br \/>\nThe final goal of MOS-base is to allow municipalities to produce data in order to support the preparation of periodic reports related to the fire affected areas, according to the law 353\/2000, in order to define constraints on buildings for the years subsequent to the fire.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The MOS-base system is designed for fire risk management and assessment of fire affected areas.
