MCC Incentivi per le imprese

Per le imprese costituite da non più di cinque anni le agevolazioni per attività di sviluppo sperimentale e ricerca industriale stanziate a valere sul PON Ricerca (per il Sud) e sul FIT dal decreto del MiSE emanato il 7 luglio 2009. Biotecnologie, ICT legata ad Internet, materiali innovativi, sistemi robotici domotica, sistemi meccatronici, tecnologie, processi e sistemi per l’utilizzo ecosostenibile di energia, combustibili e prodotti finiti o semilavorati, basati sullo sfruttamento di fonti rinnovabili: in questi settori le imprese start up (costituite da non più di cinque anni) potranno effettuare  programmi di  sviluppo sperimentale, comprensivi di eventuali attività non preponderanti di ricerca industriale, finalizzati alla realizzazione di innovazioni di prodotto e/o di processo beneficiando dei finanziamenti previsti dal Fondo Speciale Rotativo per l’Innovazione Tecnologica (FIT) e dal PON Ricerca e Competitività 2007-2013. In particolare, il Bando Start Up, emanato con il decreto del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico del 7 luglio 2009, ha stanziato 35 milioni di euro a valere sul FIT, più 20 milioni sul PON. Questi ultimi sono destinati a programmi per i quali almeno il 75% delle spese ammissibili sia sostenuto da unità produttive situate nelle regioni Campania, Calabria, Puglia e Sicilia (in qualità di territori che rientrano nell’obiettivo Convergenza ). http://www.incentivionline.mcc.it/

Filas, oltre 350 le domande per il bando su progetti di RSI per le PMI.Sono circa 350 le domande pervenute presso la Filas per il bando da 36 milioni di euro, chiuso il 31 Luglio 2009, finalizzato a sostenere i Programmi di ricerca industriale e sviluppo sperimentale delle piccole e medie imprese del Lazio e le Reti di cooperazione tra imprese e organismi di ricerca (POR FESR 2007-2013 Lazio Asse 1 – Azione 1.1).

Entro cinque anni il 40% degli italiani navigherà sulla Rete utilizzando il proprio cellulare.Secondo le stime dell’istituto di ricerca Forrester Research, entro cinque anni più di un terzo degli europei occidentali (il 39% per la precisione) navigherà in Internet con il cellulare. Il dato non stupisce più di tanto, considerato il sensibile incremento rispetto al 2008, visto che si è passati dal 13 al 17%.

Piano Casa, pubblicata la legge del Lazio. È stata pubblicata sul Bollettino Ufficiale della Regione Lazio n. 31 del 21 agosto la Legge Regionale 21/2009 dell’11 agosto scorso, recante “Misure straordinarie per il settore edilizio e interventi per l’edilizia residenziale sociale”.Interventi ammessi: Via libera agli ampliamenti del 20% per gli immobili a uso residenziale con superficie non superiore a mille metri cubi per un massimo di 62,5 metri quadri. Gli immobili dovranno mantenere la propria destinazione d’uso per 10 anni. Sui fabbricati a uso non residenziale per l’artigianato e la piccola industria fino a mille metri cubi è invece possibile effettuare aumenti di cubatura del 10%. Demolizioni e ricostruzioni possono invece essere effettuate con un bonus del 35%. European eGovernment Awards 2009 finalists announced. The European Commission has announced the names of the 52 finalists that are going to compete for the European eGovernment Awards 2009. The Awards ceremony will take place on 19th November in Malmö (Sweden). The 52 selected projects are managed by public authorities at local, regional or national level from 17 different European countries, providing services locally or cross-border. The economic and societal impact future Internet technologies, services and application will enable in Europe and elsewhere – A quantitative study 2015-2020.The study will identify the potential economic and social impact of a large-scale public-private partnership on the FUTURE INTERNET, eventually a joint undertaking in the meaning of article 171 of the treaty, with focus areas in smart energy grids, smart environmental information systems, smart systems for transportation and mobility, and smart healthcare systems.
