La Joint Technology Initiative ENIAC ha lanciato un bando per progetti di R&S sul tema della nanoelettronica. A differenza del precedente, questo bando sarà articolato su due fasi.I proponenti dovranno presentare una proposta preliminare (PO) entro il 6 maggio, e la proposta completa (FP) entro il 3 settembre. Energia: 250 milioni per ricerca e innovazione.Il Ministro dello Sviluppo Economico Claudio Scajola ha varato il nuovo Piano triennale 2009-2011 per la ricerca nel settore dell’energia per 210 milioni di euro destinati a enti di ricerca e università. Nei giorni scorsi è stato inoltre pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale il decreto ministeriale che vara il bando per la selezione dei progetti di ricerca, relativi al Piano 2006-2008, cofinanziati dalle imprese per un importo di 53 milioni di euro. I settori strategici del Piano 2009-2011 riguardano anche il governo, la gestione e lo sviluppo del sistema elettrico nazionale, con particolare riferimento alle infrastrutture di rete, agli scenari futuri ed allo sviluppo e diffusione delle fonti rinnovabili. http://www.autorita.energia.it/docs/08/06-08RDSAllegatoA.pdf

Crisi: la Regione facilita accesso al credito alle Pmi con 11,5 milioni.Facilitato l’accesso al credito per le piccole e medie imprese e per la prima volta anche ai commercianti del Lazio grazie allo stanziamento della giunta regionale guidata da Piero Marrazzo, di 11 milioni e 500mila euro. “Per il 2009 abbiamo destinato 10 milioni di euro ai fondi rischi dei Confidi. Ciò permetterà ai Confidi – spiega De Angelis – di rafforzare le garanzie delle Pmi nell’accesso al credito bancario. L’obiettivo è dare fiducia alle piccole imprese rispetto all’impatto negativo della crisi, soprattutto in termini di liquidità, favorendo il rilancio degli investimenti”.Il secondo intervento, con una dotazione di 1,5 milioni di euro, è invece finalizzato al sostegno di progetti di aggregazione tra i Confidi del commercio. http://www.regione.lazio.it/web2/main/sala_stampa/news_dettaglio.php?id=3490
Dalla Regione 108 milioni per la ricerca.Via libera della Regione Lazio agli investimenti sulla ricerca per il triennio 2009-2011 con uno stanziamento complessivo di 107milioni e 875mila euro e con l’introduzione di una rilevante misura di sostegno ai giovani ricercatori del Lazio: di queste risorse, infatti, 22 milioni e 875mila euro saranno destinati ai progetti portati avanti dai ricercatori nelle 5 università pubbliche. La Regione premia le aziende che creano lavoro con 20mila euro.Un premio alle aziende più efficenti, a chi ha creato ricchezza e occupazione grazie alle opportunità offerte dal settore pubblico. Questa la finalità dell’iniziativa assunta da Regione Lazio e Sviluppo Lazio, che hanno deliberato di riconoscere un “bonus finanziario” alle imprese già beneficiarie dei fondi Docup, con l’obiettivo di favorirne il potenziamento dei sistemi informatici ed informativi e l’informatizzazione dei cicli e dei processi produttivi. Il riconoscimento premia quelle imprese che – sulla base delle risorse previste dal Docup Lazio Ob. 2 2000-2006 – abbiano realizzato i progetti ammessi a contributo con almeno il 75% dell’investimento inizialmente ammesso e che abbiano mantenuto o incrementato i livelli occupazionali. Il premio ammonta al 10% dell’investimento realizzato e comunque non e’ superiore a 20 mila euro per ciascuna impresa beneficiaria.
“Il primo bando del Lazio per l’internazionalizzazione delle imprese ha registrato un grande successo. A fronte dei cinque milioni di euro stanziati dalla Regione, sono stati presentati a Sviluppo Lazio 78 progetti, che coinvolgono 320 aziende laziali, per un investimento complessivo da parte delle imprese di oltre 32 milioni di euro”. Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) selection criteria now available.Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) bring together the three elements of the knowledge triangle and are excellence-driven partnerships between universities, research organisations, companies and other innovation stakeholders. KICs will be selected by the recently created ‘European Institute of Technology’ (EIT): the process will start in Spring 2009, and the detailed call for proposals will be published in the Official Journal of the EU early April (and will also be available through the EIT website). EIB’s EUR 30 billion boost for SMEs.The European Investment Bank (EIB) is offering unprecedented support to SMEs in a bid to help them cope with the current financial crisis. At its annual media conference in March, the EIB revealed that in 2008 it committed more than EUR 10 billion in loans, guarantees and venture capital specifically to bolster Europe’s SMEs.The funding is part of a package of support that will see the Bank provide about EUR 30 billion of loans to SMEs by 2011. IPv6 Curricula 2009/S 57-081602.The purpose of this study is to identify the main actors in all sectors and the processes related to the training and dissemination of the new protocol IPv6 and provide mechanisms, incentives and best practices that can help in deploying this new technology efficiently and timely. The results of this study should provide clear recommendations that can be applied in training organisations, public and private, such as higher education and vocational training institutions. Based on the analysis of the study, concrete suggestions should be derived for actions at governmental level of the EU Member States. EU and Japan agree to work more closely together in energy research. The European Commission and Japan are going to deepen their collaboration in energy research. The prime areas for cooperation are photovoltaics, power storage and carbon capture and storage (CCS).
