IES Solutions is happy to announce the new CAPGENERATOR Service, available at http://capgenerator.ies.solutions. This tool allows the creation of CAP Alert Messages containing TSO codes. The idea behind the service is to give the possibility to PSAPs to create sample messages with an user friendly interface that allows also geocoding capabilities (using google maps).
CAP and TSO, used in the frame of the REACT project,
have been recently adopted by the Italian Fire Brigades as standard for allowing interoperability with other emergency services.
The service is free to use but requires a registration. Give it a try.
