The Critical Communications Europe
On 8 and 9 February, the Critical Communications Europe (CCEurope) 2017, the international conference on critical communications will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The event is organised by TCCA (TETRA and Critical Communications Association), the forum that represents all the stakeholders of TETRA (Terrestrial Trunked Radio), the ETSI standard designed for government agencies and emergency services radio-based communication.
The CCEurope will bring together industry leaders, experts, decision makers and all the relevant stakeholders for discussions, debates, case studies, roundtables and panels. The conference will revolve around a number of topics relevant to all European end users such as the various approaches to take with broadband, the need for closer collaboration, the paths towards an efficient and effective work force.
Some of the topics covered : TETRA and TETRAPOL life span, LTE use, cross-border cooperations, how to manage mass arrivals at migration hotspots, lessons learnt, PPDR (Public Protection and Disaster Relief) as a priority, multi-channel routers.
The speech at CCEurope: EPISECC and the CIS
IES Solutions’ CEO, Uberto Delprato, will participate to the first event in the agenda, when he will introduce the EPISECC project and its Common Information Space (CIS). The CIS is the solution developed to the project: a shared information space where different types of emergency services from different countries can exchange information. Dr. Delprato will share his speech together with TCCA’s CEO Phil Kidner.
