The I_HeERO project will organise the TPSP to PSAP integration pilot, which will be held on 7th November 2017 in Varese, Italy.

The pilot phase will show the results accomplished in the i_HeERO Data integration activity, featuring the seamless integration between three different TPSP (Third Party Service Provider) and the 112 PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point) in Varese.

The pilot phase will show how three different private entities are interconnected to the Varese PSAP, each placing a TPS eCall and sending their respective TSD (TPS-eCall Set of Data – the TPS version of MSD, Minimum Set of Data) in a seamless and uniform way.

The PSAP operator will be able to process the data received by the TPSPs and generate an incident form, in conformity with the outputs required by 112 processes. 112 PSAP will then forward the call to Medical PSAP in Trento, responsible for the area where the eCall will be generated.

The event will also feature a presentation explaining the architecture compliant with the EN16102 standard document data exchange mechanisms.

The pilot phase will take place on November 7th, 2017, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM followed by a lunch break. The debriefing & open discussion will take place from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM. The event will take place at the 112 PSAP in Via Francesco Guicciardini 9, 21100 Varese VA, Italy, inside the hospital that hosts the PSAP.
